## What can a professional reviewer inspect in the record?
The HomeCloneVault package is built so a professional reviewer can separate the captured material from the claims made about it. The raw point cloud and associated files show what was recorded. Dispatch and custody logs identify the technician, time, location, devices, and sequence. The co-signed attestation identifies the on-site verification event. SHA-256 hashes and the Bitcoin and Ethereum anchors allow a supplied file to be checked against the sealed identifier.
That structure does not dictate an evidentiary conclusion. It is designed to support authentication under FRE 901 and FRE 902(13)/(14), while admissibility remains for the court and claim strategy remains for licensed professionals. HomeCloneVault can supply and explain the documentation process, but it does not interpret policies, value a claim, negotiate with a carrier, or replace expert analysis.
### How is the record shared without surrendering control?
- The client authorizes access through a tokenized, view-only portal link.
- The recipient reviews the digital twin and supporting material without receiving or changing the original file.
- Access is logged, and the owner can use expiring or revocable links to manage continued availability.
- When verification is required, the raw file hash can be compared with the public-ledger anchors independently of the viewing layer.
The portal is therefore a delivery convenience, not the legal record. The legal record is the raw capture preserved in the state described by its hash. Keeping those roles distinct makes it possible to replace or improve the viewing experience without changing the evidence package.
HomeCloneVault is pre-launch and targets January 2027 in Southwest Florida. Adjuster, attorney, and referral conversations can begin through the waitlist, with the founders available to discuss the capture protocol and its operating boundaries.
The professional package also keeps measured content distinct from legal advocacy. LiDAR coordinates, aerial imagery, calibrated readings, photographs, and custody logs are documentation artifacts. Whether any artifact is relevant, whether a certification is sufficient, or how a record should be presented depends on the actual matter and the professionals responsible for it. HomeCloneVault does not convert a technical seal into a prediction about a judge, carrier, or opposing expert.
If the viewing portal changes in the future, the integrity claim remains attached to the raw file and its public anchors. That separation is important for long-lived disputes: a user interface can be updated, while the identifier of the preserved capture should remain exactly the same.

## Built backwards from cross-examination
Documentation that has to survive [FRE 901](https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/fre/rule_901) authentication usually fails on the same handful of questions. Who took this? When, exactly, and how do we know? Where were they standing? What device produced this file? Has anything changed since?
Each of those has a logged artifact behind it here rather than a witness's memory: dispatch records identifying the certified technician, UTC timestamps validated in sequence, GPS coordinates at arrival and completion, device identifiers tying media to hardware, and a hash anchored to two public blockchains that no party to the dispute controls.

### Can HomeCloneVault support a declaration or testimony?
Documented standard operating procedures and technician records exist to support declarations, and the anchoring provider offers expert witness support if a capture is challenged. The verification itself does not depend on HomeCloneVault: anchoring proofs are checkable with open-source tools by any expert you retain.
### What exactly does my expert receive?
The raw point-cloud file in an open format, the chain-of-custody log covering technician identity, UTC timestamps, GPS coordinates and device identifiers, and the hash with its blockchain anchoring proofs. Your expert examines the same original the hash describes โ not a re-export.
### Does referring a client create a conflict with my licensure?
HomeCloneVault performs documentation only โ it does not interpret policies, estimate claim values, or negotiate with carriers, so it does not perform any licensed function. Advocacy stays entirely with you. Referral arrangements are discussed directly and structured to respect the licensing rules that govern your practice.
