# Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

In short

In short: clients own their HomeCloneVault capture data. Waitlist details are used for follow-up, property records are used to provide the service, share links remain controlled and logged, and optional voice conversations begin only after consent.

## Key terms

**Capture data**
The scans, imagery, photographs, and associated custody metadata created for a client.

**Access log**
The record of when an authorized share link is opened.

**Write-once storage**
Storage intended to preserve a sealed record rather than permit selective alteration.

Quick answer

HomeCloneVault collects waitlist details in order to contact you, and for clients, the property capture data and its chain-of-custody metadata. Clients own their capture data, share links are view-only and revocable, voice conversations require explicit consent, and nothing is sold to third parties.

| Waitlist data | Name, email, interest, and any note you submit |
| --- | --- |
| Client capture data | Scans, imagery, photographs, and chain-of-custody metadata |
| Data ownership | The client owns it — files and proofs are downloadable |
| Share links | View-only, tokenized, expiring, revocable, access-logged |
| Voice assistant | Consent required before the microphone is ever requested |
| Sold to third parties | Never |

Last updated July 2026 . HomeCloneVault is pre-launch; this policy will be reviewed by counsel and updated before the January 2027 launch.

## Information we collect

- Waitlist and enquiry details. The name, email address, interest category, and any note you submit through a form on this site.

- Property documentation data. For clients, the capture data itself: 3D scans, drone and thermal imagery, photographs, and the associated chain-of-custody metadata including timestamps, GPS coordinates, and device identifiers.

- Access logs. Records of who opened a share link and when, which exist because access logging is part of what makes the chain of custody defensible.

- Voice assistant conversations. If you choose to talk to the Vault Concierge, the conversation is processed by our voice provider in order to respond to you. You are asked to consent before the microphone is ever requested, and you can decline and still use the entire site.

## How we use it

Waitlist details are used to contact you about HomeCloneVault and for no other purpose. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Property documentation is used to produce and maintain your sealed record and to make it available to the people you authorize. It is not reused for HomeCloneVault marketing without separate written consent — interior documentation of a private property is sensitive, and consent to capture is not consent to publish.

## Your data, your ownership

Clients own their capture data. Raw files, receipts, and blockchain proofs are downloadable, and the anchoring proofs can be verified independently using open-source tools without relying on HomeCloneVault. There is no lock-in: the verifiability of your record does not depend on our continued existence.

Because sealed records are stored in write-once storage by design — that immutability is the entire point — the sealed evidence itself cannot be selectively altered after anchoring. Requests concerning account data and personal information are handled separately from the sealed evidence record.

## Sharing with adjusters and attorneys

Share links are view-only, tokenized, expiring, revocable, and access-logged. A third party you authorize can view the record without ever receiving your original file, and you can revoke that access.

## Security

Credentials and personal information are stored with access controls and encryption at rest. Secrets are never placed in client-side code. Sealed evidence is held in write-once storage with redundancy.

## Cookies and analytics

This site is a static marketing site and does not set advertising cookies. Third-party libraries used for motion and the optional voice assistant are loaded from their providers when those features are used.
