of insurers say they have encountered manipulated or AI-altered documentation
The record that can’t be altered.
Forensic-grade, blockchain-sealed 3D digital twins of high-value properties — captured before the hurricane, the fire, or the flood. When everything after a loss can be fabricated in minutes, the only evidence that holds is the record sealed before it.
Key terms
- Pre-loss record
- A property baseline created before damage and before a related dispute exists.
- Point cloud
- Measured three-dimensional coordinates produced by on-device LiDAR capture.
- Tamper-evident seal
- SHA-256 hashes and public timestamps that reveal when a supplied file no longer matches the sealed record.
As Seen On
AI broke the documentation game.
Property claims were always decided by whoever had better documentation. Then generative AI made photorealistic fake damage photos trivial to produce — and every photo taken after a loss became questionable.
Quick answer
HomeCloneVault sends a trained two-person team to capture a complete forensic 3D record of a property — LiDAR interiors, drone exteriors, thermal, and photos — then SHA-256 hashes every raw file and anchors it to the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains before any loss occurs.

“Now do I, as a judge, have to question a source of evidence that has traditionally been reliable? We're in a whole new frontier.”
— Judge Erica Yew, Santa Clara County Superior Court, California, to NBC News · as cited by the National Center for State Courts, February 24, 2026
Forensic pre-loss roof documentation.
We're launching with roofing — the most disputed claim in property insurance — ahead of full-property vaults. That focus is by design: the roof gets its sealed record first, and the full-property vault is what comes next.
See the roofing pageEvidence sealed before the incentive to fake it existed.
A post-loss photo
- Taken after the damage — after the incentive to exaggerate exists
- No chain of custody, no verifiable timestamp
- Indistinguishable from an AI fabrication
- Its condition claims can be argued forever
Disputable.
A pre-loss sealed twin
- Captured before any loss — no motive, no dispute about timing
- GPS-logged technicians, co-signed attestation, device-level custody
- SHA-256 hash anchored to Bitcoin & Ethereum — independently verifiable
- Any later alteration produces a different hash: tampering proves itself
Proof of what existed, before the loss.
From physical world to legal record.
Seven steps. Two trained operators. One unbroken chain of custody — from the moment wheels hit the driveway to the moment the hash lands on two public blockchains.
-
01
Dispatch
Dispatch is scheduled and GPS-verified technician arrival is logged. The human chain of custody begins the moment wheels hit the driveway.
-
02
Exterior + roof + thermal
An enterprise mapping-class drone — thermal camera, 10x optical zoom, and RTK-capable positioning — captures roof condition, all exterior elevations, and thermal imaging, flown by an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot. GPS-tagged, pilot-logged.
-
03
Interior LiDAR capture
A tablet-class device with a true LiDAR sensor performs on-device LiDAR point-cloud capture of every room, ceiling, floor, and fixture. Exported locally before any hashing.
-
04
Moisture baseline
A calibrated professional moisture meter reads every wall, ceiling, and floor surface in every room. Each reading is photographed in place, GPS-tagged and timestamped.
-
05
Photo documentation
Hundreds of GPS-tagged, timestamped inspection photos are captured in parallel with the scans — two operators, one pass, nothing missed.
-
06
Attestation
Technician and owner co-sign the Field Capture Verification & Attestation form on-site — with an optional unsworn declaration under Florida and federal statute.
-
07
The seal
The complete raw package is SHA-256 hashed on-site, on a local machine, before anything leaves the property — nothing is uploaded from the field. The sealed media is physically transported to the office, where a second team member independently re-hashes it and cross-checks every value against the on-site record. Only then are the hashes anchored to the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains via OriginStamp. The hash is the legal record — not a viewer, not a copy. The original. Independently verifiable by anyone on two public blockchains.
Tampering proves itself.
Every raw file is fingerprinted with SHA-256 — a one-way cryptographic hash. That fingerprint is written to two independent public blockchains. Change a single pixel later and the fingerprint no longer matches: the mismatch itself is the proof.
Independently verifiable. Anyone can check the anchor on the public ledgers — no need to trust HomeCloneVault.
The raw file is the record. Hashed at the moment of capture — never routed through a third-party cloud first. No custody seam.
Provably pre-loss. The blockchain timestamp demonstrates the record existed before the event — the one thing post-loss evidence can never show.

High-net-worth homeowners

True LiDAR instead of photogrammetry. An enterprise thermal-and-zoom mapping drone flown by FAA Part 107 licensed pilots, every flight logged. Calibrated moisture readings instead of a technician's opinion. On-device point-cloud export instead of mandatory cloud processing. A Swiss anchoring service with a decade of history and expert-witness support. Each choice exists to remove an argument an opposing expert could make.

Built on established federal evidence rules — not blockchain novelty.
Amended in 2017, FRE 902(13) and 902(14) allow records generated by an electronic process to be self-authenticated with digital identification. The chain-of-custody record — dispatch logs, GPS, technician attestation, blockchain timestamp — is designed to support authentication under FRE 901. Admissibility is always the court's decision; the architecture exists to give your counsel the strongest possible foundation.

Asked before the storm.
What does HomeCloneVault actually deliver?
A forensic-grade digital twin of your property: interior LiDAR point-cloud scans, drone imagery of the roof and exterior including thermal, and hundreds of GPS-tagged photos — every raw file SHA-256 hashed and anchored to the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains, then delivered through a view-only portal with tokenized share links for adjusters and attorneys.
Why does the capture have to happen before a loss?
Because evidence created after a loss is exactly what AI has made questionable. A record captured and blockchain-sealed before any incentive to fabricate existed carries a provable timestamp — it demonstrably predates the event, which is what makes it persuasive in a dispute.
Is a blockchain-sealed record guaranteed to be admissible in court?
No one can guarantee admissibility, and HomeCloneVault never does. The process is designed to support authentication under Federal Rules of Evidence 901 and 902(13)/(14) — chain-of-custody logging, technician attestation, and an independently verifiable blockchain timestamp. Admissibility is always decided by the court; this is educational information, not legal advice.
Does HomeCloneVault negotiate with my insurance carrier?
No. HomeCloneVault documents and seals evidence — it never interprets policies, estimates claim values, or negotiates with carriers. Claim advocacy belongs with licensed public adjusters and attorneys, and HomeCloneVault can work alongside the professionals you choose.
When does HomeCloneVault launch?
HomeCloneVault is targeting a January 2027 launch, beginning with high-net-worth residential properties in Southwest Florida. Founding-client and pilot-contract conversations are open now through the waitlist.
Seal the record while it still proves everything.
Launching January 2027 across Southwest Florida. Founding clients get first capture slots before hurricane season — and pilot-contract conversations for commercial portfolios are open now.
- Priority scheduling for founding clients
- No obligation — a conversation, not a contract
- Commercial & NNN pilot contracts available
